Beijing- In order to implement the spirit of the Chairman speech on 2013 work conference, comprehensively strengthen the construction of the Group's business plan management system and provide an exchange platform for the plan management professionals of each to enhance business quality and ability, recently 2013 Planning Statistics Workshop initiated by Kingho’s business management department was held in Inner Mongolia. Totally 41 professionals on the planning management posts attended the meeting. 
    Through an analysis on the business plan preparation and the general problems of each company in working process, the meeting discussed the solutions for the completeness, systematization and timeliness of operating data and report system. The meeting lasted for two days, with contents covering financial knowledge training, planning statistics business seminar, and recycling industrial park visits and exchanges. 
    In term of business training, Professor Xing Zheng, a famous corporate financial management expert and lecturer, was invited to teach Financial Management of Non-Financial Managers to the planning statistics staff of each company. In combination with his rich experience in corporate management, Xing had a detailed interpretation on balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement and on how to analyze financial statements starting from working reality. The trainees showed great interest in the training course and had discussion with Professor Xing on the practical problems arising in the work. The atmosphere was very active.
    On the workshop, Jiang Chuan, Assistant General Manager of Corporate Business Management Department and Shi Jiachen, Director of Statistics made explanation on the preparation principles of production and operation plans and statistical statements and responded to the generally existing problems in the past work. Afterwards, the attendees made report to the status quo of the statistical work of each company and had discussion on the common problems in planning statistical work. 
    The attendees visited the logistics company, coking division, methanol division and hydrogenation division of Kingho Inner Mongolia Group and had exchange and learning on the production technique, team building, security management and sales process of the major products of Inner Mongolia Group’s circular economy park. 
    With the energetic support and assistance of Inner Mongolia Group and the active participation and energetic support of each company, the meeting saw a perfect end.
